The Center For Church Effectiveness is one of the oldest, most experienced and most comprehensive church consulting ministries in the United States. It was begun in 1983 by Bob Gilliam, one of the five most experienced church consultants in America. With a staff of both specialists and generalists, CCE offers ministry tools and consultations to fit almost any church need. CCE has consulted churches as small as 10 and as large as 15,000. Our purpose is to return the Church to its disciplemaking roots by energizing pastors, equipping leaders, educating congregations and evaluating progress.
